I was bullied daily as a child - everyone picks on the fat smart girl in the class. It used to bother me. Finally I realized that I could lose weight but they would never get any smarter - and guess what - I'm thinner and still smarter than most of the bullies that plagued me 40 plus years ago.

I use a home purification pitcher to refill my own bottles for on the go. Cheaper and reduces the volume of plastic.

I've worked in surgery for over 15 years - its stressful. You literally have people's life in your very hands.

I understand her plight. My financee recently passed away and we were barely making ends meet with his meager income. We have 2 grown kids living with us because they can't make it on part-time "part-time" jobs. I am thankful, however, that I am working.
Will you follow the new advice and wait until age 50 to start getting mammograms?

I'm past 50 and have gotten a mammo every other year since I was 40 - I think the benefits outweigh the risks.

I don't understand why its acceptable to call a person with light colored skin any name in the books (and some that cannot be repeated) but to even insinuate that any person with brown or black skin is anything but dipped in honey is being racist...... No wonder the hotel is a dump.

I am now and always have been the primary breadwinner - and I'd not have it any other way.

I'm beginning to feel rather jaded these days - there are so many Hispanics here in Elkhart county and they have taken advantage of every little way they possibly can to live here.
